How does property onboarding work?

It starts with a phone call, then a thorough visit of your property in Reims. We assess your needs, set up the management plan and organise everything: cleaning, check-in, guest communication and listing optimisation.

What types of properties do you manage?

We manage studios, 1- and 2-bedroom flats, houses in Reims and the neighbouring villages. Every property gets a service tailored to its layout and location.

What is your commission?

Our commission is around 20% (excl. VAT) of the revenue generated. No fixed fee, no subscription: you only pay if your property earns bookings. Our interests are 100% aligned with yours.

What happens if there is an issue with a guest?

The platforms offer their own host guarantees, on terms they set. If a dispute arises, we support you through the process from start to finish.

How long until the first booking?
